Red Cod Whole Round

These fish are caught inshore near the East Coast of New Zealand. Red Cod had white, succulent flesh. Its mild taste and soft texture makes it particularly popular with young children and elderly. Very moist, this fish is delicious deep fried as a whole fish.

Frozen whole round red cod are individually bagged and packed in 10kg cartons. Size grading: 300-500g, 500-700g, 700g-1Kg, 1 - 1.25Kg, 1.25-1.5Kg, >1.5Kg. Available all year round. Annual quota 200MT.
