We guarantee the freshness of all our crayfish because we pack them live for our customers. With the use of gel ice packs, they remain fresh even in the rare (though unfortunate) event of the crays arriving in a "not-alive" state.
The New Cut-off Timefor Orders to be placed, and than recieved the following day is2pm. Orders recieved after this time will be processed & dispatched the following day and then recieved overnight from that point.
