Cured in a dry salt and sugar, the salmon fillets are smoked at a low temperature in natural manuka wood chips smoke. The salmon is then cut into slices, which are ideal for delicate finger foods and canapés, where taste, texture and visual impact are important.
The New Cut-off Timefor Orders to be placed, and than recieved the following day is2pm. Orders recieved after this time will be processed & dispatched the following day and then recieved overnight from that point.
